Hamilton County: Carmel

Picture of Conner Prairie in Hamilton County, Indiana Just north of downtown Indianapolis, Carmel is one of eight unique towns that comprise Hamilton County.  Within the city limits, Carmel offers an array of restaurants, shopping, parks, and family entertainment.  In addition to being the home for Crooked Stick Golf Club, Hamilton County also offers a selection of outstanding golf courses sure to challenge golfers of all levels.

Two distinctive offerings in Hamilton County are Conner Prairie, a living history museum, depicting life in Indiana during the 1800s, and the Indiana Transportation Museum where you can ride the rails on an authentic steam or diesel train.

Marion County: Indianapolis

Picture of Downtown Indianapolis Located in the heart of Indiana, and its capital, Indianapolis is the nation’s 12th largest city.  A visitor to downtown Indianapolis can select among a variety of activities ranging from cultural to sports to pure entertainment!  Indianapolis maintains the small–town charm within a growing cosmopolitan environment.

Must–see sights include: Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Eiteljorg Museum of Western Art, Indianapolis Museum of Art, and the Indianapolis Children’s Museum.

Boone County: Zionsville

Picture of Boone County, Indiana One of the many charming towns that make up Boone County, the Town of Zionsville borders Carmel on the west side.  Boone County is only 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and is a collection of small towns and communities, each with its own unique style and offering.

Visitors to Boone County can choose from unique shops, antiques, restaurants, to wonderful festivals, family events and championship golf.
